Project Overview
In the early 2000s, Neighborhood Plans were developed for many of the City’s organized neighborhoods. Neighborhood Plans support planning and revitalization activities that can “reduce blight, improve public infrastructure, increase amenities and services, expand neighborhood organizational capacity and engagement, and strengthen neighborhood image and identity.” The St. Pete Heights Plan will be community-driven and focused on Neighborhood preservation and revitalization.

May 28, 2024 – Transportation
June 25, 2024 – Neighborhood Businesses, Development/Redevelopment, Codes
July 23, 2024 – Neighborhood Engagement, Public Safety, Sustainability & Resilience
