Utility Assistance Program Form

Did you know the city has a fund available for customers who need help to pay their monthly utility bill for water, sanitary sewer, sanitation, and storm water treatment service?

In St. Petersburg, families who cannot afford to pay their city utility bills may receive help through the Utility Assistance Fund. One hundred percent of funds are distributed locally through social service agencies to our neighbors in crisis. As a St. Petersburg utility customer, you can make a difference in the lives of your neighbors with a donation to the Utility Assistance Fund.

Your contribution will help families with their city utility bills and may be tax deductible as allowed by law (consult your tax advisor). You may contribute a onetime amount or a monthly amount easily through your city utility bill each month.
