The Economic & Workforce Development (EWD) Department collaborates with others to deliver economic diversity, a robust workforce, and sustainable communities throughout St. Pete. They provide a broad range of programs that offer assistance in the areas of target-industry business development, community reinvestment, small business support, and workforce readiness. All EWD programs and services are designed to grow and improve St. Pete’s economy while building a well-trained and career-ready workforce.
