Codes Compliance Assistance

The Codes Compliance Assistance Department maintains the quality and extends the life of the existing housing stock through the enforcement of City ordinances that are primarily focused on maintenance standards and zoning regulations on residential and commercial properties. The department works in partnership with residents and community groups, using education and assistance to achieve compliance.
