Wastewater Discharge Notification

On 8/14/2023, approximately 300 gallons of wastewater was discharged at the 800 block of 45th St. N. due to grease. About 20 gallons entered the storm drain at the NE corner of 8th Ave N and 45th St N. The discharge point for the stormwater catch basin is approximately 11 blocks northeast to Jorgesen Lake Park. It is unknown if the spill reached the lake. The site has been cleaned and sanitized.
