Riviera Bay Water Quality Update

Aug. 23, 2023 – The City of St. Petersburg has conducted water quality testing in Riviera Bay and as of Aug. 22, 2023, water quality results have come back within acceptable limits. The public can now make contact with Riviera Bay.

This is following recent water quality testing of Riviera Bay conducted earlier this week that indicated elevated levels of bacteria due to a wastewater discharge flowing into Riviera Bay.
