Real Estate & Property Management

Responsible for the City's real estate and real property interests for improved and unimproved property, the Real Estate & Property Management Department handles things like acquisition, disposition, leasing, licensing, easements, and related interests to fulfill the City's operational goals and initiatives. They also provide and oversee the building maintenance for City Hall, City Hall Annex, and the Municipal Services Center.
