St. Petersburg, FL (Sept. 2, 2022) - The City of St. Petersburg is pleased to announce the temporary closure of the 40th Avenue NE bridge is now complete and the roadway is reopened with a new traffic pattern that shifts access to the newly constructed northern section of the bridge. Drivers are encouraged to exercise caution as they adjust to this traffic pattern.

Construction will now begin on the southern segment of the bridge.
