Mayor Welch, City to Host 2024 State of the Economy on March 27

March 25, 2024 - St. Petersburg Mayor Kenneth T. Welch and his Economic Development team will host the 2024 State of the Economy on Wednesday, March 27, from 3 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. at ARK Innovation Center, located at 1101 4th St. S.

Mayor Welch will be joined by guest speakers Cathie Wood, CEO of Ark Invest, and Matt Silverman, Co-President of the Tampa Bay Rays.

“Smart growth is possible when workforce readiness and city development are in alignment,” said St. Petersburg Mayor Kenneth T. Welch. “We look forward to sharing data points at our State of the Economy that move St. Pete forward as a city of innovation and inclusive progress.”

Parking

Limited parking is available at ARK Innovation Center. Attendees are also welcome to park in Lots 11 or 11B at USF St. Petersburg, located at the intersection of 11th Ave. S. and 3rd St.
