May 9th Committee of the Whole Meeting to Focus on Historic Gas Plant Development 

May 7, 2024 - St. Petersburg City Council will host a Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting on Thursday, May 9, to discuss the Historic Gas Plant Development agreement.

WHERE: St. Petersburg City Hall Room 100
WHO: St. Petersburg City Council, Mayor Kenneth T. Welch, Hines and Tampa Bay Rays Representatives

Public Attendance and Viewing:
COW meetings are public meetings, however, there are no opportunities for public comment. Seating will be limited in Room 100; overflow for public attendees will be located in City Council Chambers. Due to limited seating, the public is encouraged to watch the meeting live on SPTV at www.stpete.org/tv or on channels 641 (Spectrum), 15 (Wow), and 20 (Frontier).

About the Committee of the Whole Meeting:
Committee of the Whole (COW) meetings are led by the City Council Chair. The Committee is responsible for deliberating various issues relevant to the City, and the Committee is comprised of all City Council members. Actions taken at a COW meeting are not an official action of the City Council unless and until approved by the City Council at a regular meeting.
